COMING HOME TO YOURSELF
An Equine-Assisted Woman's Wellness Experience
There are seasons in life when we become so busy caring for others that we lose touch with ourselves.
Coming home to yourself is a gentle, nature-based wellness experience designed for women who are longing to slow down, reconnect with themselves and rediscover the quiet confidence that already exists within.
This introductory 2 1/2 -hour workshop invites you into the peaceful presence of Summer Lovin': our beloved senior paint horse. Through guided mindfulness practices, reflective conversations, and equine assisted learning groundwork, Summer offers honest, non-judgmental feedback that encourages self-awareness, authenticity, and personal growth.

No riding is involved, and no horse experience is necessary.

This experience is not about learning to work with horses. It is about learning to be present with yourself.
