  • The Field Between Us: The Circle

This is not a traditional meditation. You won’t be asked to sit still on a mat, clear your mind, or follow a rigid structure In this space, meditation is redefined. It becomes something much simpler, and much more real.. It is coming back to your body, your breath, and your awareness, expressed how ever your body, mind and spirit wants to experience it. This is a guided, equine-facilitated experience where you are invited to slow down, soften, and notice what is happening within you, with out any judgment or expectation. Through gentle grounding, breathwork, and shared presence with the herd, you begin to reconnect with your nervous system and your body in a way that feels natural and safe. Horses respond to what is real. The experience can not be faked, or preformative. They don’t follow words or expectations, they reflect what is happening beneath the surface. As your awareness shifts, so does their response, offering a powerful, honest mirror for what you may not yet see or feel This is not about doing anything “right.” or looking "woo-woo" It’s simply about becoming aware. In The Circle, you are given full permission to simply: breathe, feel, observe, and just be. As the space unfolds, I hold and guide the field and bringing awareness to patterns, shifts, and moments of connection that arise within the group and between you and the horses. This may include gentle reflection, somatic awareness, a herd member stepping into a closer field connection with someone who may been a deeper one on one precence and intuitive insight when appropriate. Nothing is forced. Everything happens at your pace This experience supports: • nervous system regulation • emotional awareness and release • grounding and reconnection • helps states of burnout, overwhelm, and stress • developing trust in your own body and inner awareness No horse experience is needed. No meditation experience is needed. There is no pressure to interact, share, or perform. You are invited to come exactly as you are, and allow yourself to be met there.
