Have you ever wanted to have a farm animal but didn’t have the space, time or money to do so? Consider a 1 year adoption of one of Timbuktu Alpaca Farm's incredible animals for you or the animal lover or the hard to buy for person in your life!
Each animal has their own unique packages available so you can customize your gifting to your experience.
At Timbuktu Alpaca Farm- Agri-tourism & Wellness our #1 priority is our animals – this is why we run very limited experiences, with limited number of people and we do not operate like a petting zoo. We do not want our animals overfed, overstimulated or overworked – we balance their need for social interactions and our guests’ experience with them – with their need to have plenty of time to hang out with their friends and just chill in their safe spaces.
Animals, however, require care 7 days a week, 365 days a year including feeding, cleaning, vaccinations, grooming and specialized vet care for both good health and when an animal becomes ill or hurt. Giving the gift of a Timbuktu Alpaca Farm adoption helps provide the highest level of care for our animals even when costs of care and feeding continue to rise.

Alpaca Walks
Stroll through our naturalized pastures on our alpaca farm - with one of our majestic males, taking in the scenery and fostering a sense of peace and connection.
Our experience begins with a pre-briefing on safety and an introduction to our beautiful Alpacas. Participants will be paired with an Alpaca (one alpaca per two people), harness them up and we will set off on a .5km leisurely country walk through the farm pastures. Alpaca’s are one of the most peaceful animals you could hope to meet! Don’t forget to bring your camera or phone as Alpaca’s love to photobomb selfie’s. No encounter is complete without treats for you to feed your new alpaca bestie.
Wear a Hat, sunscreen and shoes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. Ensure you are well hydrated.
ALL ALPACA WALKS ARE TO BE BOOKED ONLINE, PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
The cost is $35.00 for 1-2 people. Duration: 30 minutes of a fun experience. For 12 year olds and older... More than two people in your group?...book two alpacas!

Meditate with Horses
Discover the perfect blend of relaxation and invigoration with our "Meditate with Horses" classes, set amidst expansive pastures and fresh air on our beautiful Alpaca farm.
Our certified yoga instructor will guide you through a meditation while our instructors in training (aka our horses) will do their best to hold space for you while you bliss out. Don’t be surprised if one tries to give you advice while standing beside or over you!
The class will enable relaxation and a little fun – nothing reduces stress like being on our Alpaca Farm, with horses! The class ends with a treat for you and our horses to say ‘thank you and be well’.
Note: Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty.

Immersive Farm Visit
Get ready for a heartwarming and inspiring immersive animal therapy session on our alpaca farm! Sensory-friendly where the environment is quieter, with reduced noise, crowds, and stimulation. This provides a welcoming space for individuals with sensory processing needs and thier families. Immerse yourself with alpacas, horses, cats, a duck, and a cow... connect with these incredible animals on a personal level. Our private session is great for groups of all sizes, in an inclusive and supportive environment. Perfect for a relaxed outdoor day, providing a peaceful environment for familes to enjoy nature. This unforgettable experience will leave you feeling inspired and renewed! ALL VISITS MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE, PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. The cost is $70 for 1-4 people, for an hour. Additional guests are welcome for $15 each. Support staff are always complimentary. Offered on Wednesdays to Mondays from 11AM- 6PM

A cozy place for two, where board games, domino's and cards can be enjoyed for quality time together.
This rustic space is equipped with a queen size bed, fridge, hot plate, and a microwave. In the summer months you will find a covered sitting area and BBQ for you to use!
