Why Alpacas?
Alpacas are clean and intelligent! Their droppings are considered "Magic Beads" as they are excellent for enriching soil. They are quiet, peaceful animals and make soft humming sounds to communicate. Alpacas can be handled by anyone and are safe around children. Alpacas are extremely hardy and adaptable to most climates, elevations and conditions. They get along with horses, goats, donkeys, cats and family dogs.
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
Yes! Most definitely. Alpacas have high aesthetic appeal, making for a magical moment upon sight. Their calm and quiet demeanour helps visitors quickly become at ease, shedding stress while interacting with our curious and gentle Alpacas.

What is the best way to get close to an Alpaca?
Be still and observe the herd, notice who is noticing you. While being patient, let them look curiously at you with their big beautiful eyes, allowing time for them to approach you. When they are comfortable, they may offer their nose to you- you may get close to the Alpaca by offering your nose in return. It's magical!
